Housekeeping and General Information


housekeeping staff Maid service is provided daily from 9am to 5pm. To schedule a specific hour, please dial 6182.

During a 7 nights stay, there will be four days of Limited Service (changing towels, emptying trash, tidying main bed), and one full service including change of bedding, sweeping and mopping, and complete bathroom cleaning. A room inventory list is provided in all units. Upon departure, dishes and appliances must be left in their original condition. A $25.00 fee will be charged for dirty dishes. Any damages to the unit and/or on property, will be charged. It is not permitted to hang clothes over the balcony railings.

Drinking water

Distilled in one of the world's largest desalination plants, water is pure and safe for drinking. Enjoy your Balashi Cocktail!


Electric current

110 volts A/C, 60 cycles is used. 110-volt sockets are located in the rooms.


Dial 400. The resort is equipped with a sophisticated fire/smoke alarm system with sprinklers.

Fire Extinguisher

Every room is equipped with a fire extinguisher located in the kitchen area. Fire extinguishers are also found in the corridors.


Ice machines are located on the elevator landings of each floor.


Washers and dryers are located on the elevator landings of each floor. Machines require tokens which can be obtained at machines on the elevator landings on the second floor.

Safety Deposit boxes

Every room is equipped with a Digital Safety Deposit box. The resort does not take responsibility for valuables lost from your room.


All guest rooms have been made non-smoking.


No pets are allowed with the exception of seeing-eye dogs.

Special needs

Room doors are wide enough for wheelchair access but there are no accommodations or features for the disabled. Handicap Parking is available but bring permit from home.
